Do I have shipping costs?
No, premium shipping is always free.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. There you will find a link for shipment tracking. Please also check whether you have a message in your spam folder.

How long does delivery take?
Due to high demand and because we work with manufacturers all over the world, we usually have a processing time of 1-5 days. We process orders between Monday and Friday.
After the order has been successfully processed, we will send out the package. The delivery time is then 10-12 working days.
Customer support response times:
Our customer service will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of the order, to accept or reject the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, including after you have received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, you will be issued a credit to the original payment method.
>> Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I cancel, exchange or return personalized products?
No, this is impossible.
Who will bear the costs if I want to return my order? You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
When will I receive a refund of the purchase amount?
We will refund you the purchase amount as soon as we have received and checked the goods.
Why did I only receive 1 product?
We work with different suppliers and shipping companies, which means that your ordered products may not arrive at the same time. We ask you to be patient for a few days. We thank you for your understanding.
